After a relaxing night, our body needs a rich breakfast to meet the need of energy. Without breakfast, there might be fatigue and concentration disorders during the day. It has to be healthy and well balanced in order to stimulate our metabolism, to power brain and muscles, to impede hypoglycemia in the morning and to prevent obesity.
Today I propose to you a healthy and well-balanced breakfast which is good for your health!
It consists of seasonal fruits: apples for vitamins, mineral substances and micronutrients and blueberries, rich at antioxidants, vitamins and micronutrients.
One slice of spelt bread, rich at fibres, vitamins and micronutrients and contains eight amino acids, important for our body and our health.
An egg, which is a very important source of proteins of high quality and biological value. This aliment has a high content of nutrients.
Last but not least some almonds. A handful of oleaginous fruits per day will be positive for our heart health. Almonds are rich in fats, which are healthy for our body like Omega 9 and 6. Furthermore, they are rich in magnesium, vitamin E and protein.
Don’t forget to hydrate. I recommend the following drinks: tea, herbal tea, unsweetened coffee or simply a glass of water.
