Several of our buildings are equipped with a heating management solution. One part of the system is in the boiler room. The warm water production and heating is connected with a device following the weather forecast. So the heating can be regulated in accordance with the outside temperature .

The other part of the system is in the apartments. His working principle is like following:

1. The tenant chose the temperature between 10°C and 21°C.
2. A sensor transfers the temperature of the room to the system.
3. If the temperature has to be adapted, the system will activate the opening or closing of the controlling valve.
4. In the case of a dysfuntion of a device (communication between the devices) or in case of another problem (window wide open during winter time), the system generates an alert.

This system permits an optimal management of the temperature of the room and of the building generally.

The objective of Apartis is to reduce his CO2 emissions and heating costs which would be gainful for everybody !
