Sustainable development
The Apartis Foundation is committed to a sustainable development in order to reduce its costs, for a better risk management and to create opportunities.
Social solidarity
Since several years Apartis takes into account the social dimension of sustainable development because our objective is to offer reasonably priced accommodations for student’s needs. Apartis allows its employees to conciliate work and family life, and encourages further training.
Environmental responsibility
Since 2008, the Foundation is engaged in environmental responsibility by setting up a project to reduce its consume of central heating fuel, gas, water and electricity by 20% during 2009 to 2011.
Since 2013 Apartis develops his CO2 balance sheet in collaboration with the company Climate Services.
The planned measures to reduce CO2 emissions during 2019 are still the same as in the previous years, namely:
- Poster campaign at the entrance of the buildings, email, flyers to all tenants to sensitize them for energy saving.
- General installation of the heating management system according to the weather forecasts.
