  2. In his absence, call the Apartis emergency number: 026 300 91 00

Damage

• The following is payable by the tenants: small repairs and routine upkeep of the apartment. This work is to be paid directly by the tenant (cf. general conditions for housing and parking places, an integral part of your contract)

• For other cases, please contact the caretaker or inform Apartis by a breakdown notification form, or by email to technique@apartis.ch

Electricity

• Set up an electricity account by apartment with Groupe E
• If the holder moves out, a remaining tenant takes over the account
• Notify changes to Groupe E: http://www.groupe-e.ch/demenagement

 Phone

• Rue de l’Industrie, Rte Wilhelm-Kaiser and Rte de la Fonderie: no phone socket
• Other buildings: socket for landline in the hall of the apartment
• Tenants sign up with the phone operator of their choice
• Costs payable by the tenants (also the cost for putting into service the first time)
• When definitively leaving the accommodation, notify account cancellation or transfer:

Internet

• High-speed connection by Wifi and by optical fiber in each room (included in the rent)
• Apartis provides its Internet access codes to the tenant.

Sundry taxes

• The radio/television tax is compulsory and to be paid by each household, not by each person.  Further information: http://www.serafe.ch
