Termination

In your lease contract, you will find the official dates of termination which are 31st August or 31st January. The notification of termination has to reach us 3 months before these dates. In this case, you cannot propose a successor and Apartis will rent the room directly.

For furnished rooms at Route de la Fonderie: cancellations must be made 2 months in advance, for the middle or end of a month.

Are you intending to leave your room for another date?
This is an extraordinary or early termination. In that case you can terminate the contract for the middle or for the end of a month (except December 31st) with 30 days’ notice, but you have to look for and propose a replacement tenant at least 30 days before the termination date asked. If you don’t find any replacement tenant, you are bound to pay the rent until the next official termination date mentioned in the lease contract.
