Key smartcard system for your building’s laundry room

This system is used in all buildings, except Sonnenberg and Foyer des Jeunes.

To have access to your building’s washing machines and tumble driers, you need a personal laundry key smartcard.

  • User Instructions

  • First use:

    • To order a key smartcard, please fill in this registration form and send it to Keycom SA.
    • You will receive payment slips and user instructions with the key card.
    • As soon as Keycom has received your payment of CHF 80.-, the laundry key card will be topped up and ready to use.

    The basic amount of CHF 80.- includes:

    • CHF 20.- registration fees
    • CHF 30.- laundry guarantee deposit (refunded when the key is returned)
    • CHF 30.- for the first washing/drying costs

    User instructions for the key card are displayed in the laundry room next to the Keycom terminal.

  • If you have any queries:

    If a washing machine/tumble drier breaks down, please contact your building’s caretaker.

  • Last use :

    When you leave your Apartis accommodation and no longer need your laundry key card, please follow the instructions:

    • Return your key card personally to Keycom SA and provide your bank or post office account number for the refund.
    • Keycom will refund the guarantee amount and any unused balance.

  • Important :

    Your key card is personal, do not pass it on to the next tenant.
