You have 2 options to log in :

Using a wifi connection 

• look for the network “Apartis”
• enter the authentification codes transmitted by Apartis;
• a new authentification is requested every 24 hours (12 hours without any activities = automatic logout)

Using a wired connexion

• cable connection to the computer socket of the accommodation;
• send the MAC address of the device to helpdesk@apartis.ch
• the device is declared on the security system
• every kind of devices are usually accepted, except the routers, in order to avoid any perturbation on the network.

If you already got a wifi router, please unplug it : the security solutions we implement are blocking this kinf of devices to avoid any perturbation on the network. As every rooms can now be connected with the wifi Apartis, these routers are.
