Following the inspection of the apartment and in case of defects, the technical department of Apartis mandates the appropriate companies to repair or replace the damaged items.
The companies directly contact the tenants of the concerned apartment in order to fix an appointment for the execution of the work. After execution they send their report to our technical department, which will deduct the amount from the rental guarantee. The rest of the rental guarantee is finally reimbursed.
