The house regulations are a part of the lease contract which each tenant has to sign to get an accommodation. It states that the rest period has to be respected from 10 pm until 7 am at the building. Every noise could disturb the neighbor and is forbidden during this period.
What, specifically do you need to do if the neighbors are disrespectful?
- Contact your neighbor: Ring at the door and request silence calmly.
- Wait for 10 minutes: If nothing changes or the noise becomes worse, ask the police to intervene.
- Inform the administration about the apartment from where comes the noise, the time and duration, what did you do and what did you notice.
If the neighbor receives a warning of the lessor or administration and continues to not respect the house regulations he risks an early termination of his lease contract!
