Advantageous rent for students
- Variable rent depending on the apartment size and type
- CHF 295 to CHF 560 a month (roughly € 245 to € 460)
- Studio apartments: CHF 520 to CHF 690 (roughly € 430 to € 575)
- 1½ rooms: from CHF 690 (roughly € 575)
Including costs: heating, hot water and Internet Wifi
A statement of the incidental costs (heating, hot water) paid with the rent is made once a year (October)
Not included: electricity, phone, television and media fees (invoiced directly by the service providers)
Apartments with a good standing

Personal rental contract
Apartis establish personal rental contracts. It means that every tenant has his own lease contract and he is free to cancel his contract at the moment he wants, independently from his roommates.
