Several of our buildings are equipped with a heating management solution. One part of the system is in the boiler room. The warm water production and heating is connected with a device following the weather forecast. So the heating can be regulated in accordance with the outside temperature .<\/p>\n

The other part of the system is in the apartments. His working principle is like following:<\/p>\n

  1. The tenant chose the temperature between 10\u00b0C and 21\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  2. A sensor transfers the temperature of the room to the system.<\/li>\n
  3. If the temperature has to be adapted, the system will activate the opening or closing of the controlling valve.<\/li>\n
  4. In the case of a dysfuntion of a device (communication between the devices) or in case of another problem (window wide open during winter time), the system generates an alert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This system permits an optimal management of the temperature of the room and of the building generally.<\/p>\n

    The objective of Apartis is to reduce his CO2 emissions and heating costs which would be gainful for everybody !<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
