Apartis is a foundation of renting rooms to students with a non profit organisation\u2019s status. Its main goal consists of giving the possibility to students \u2013 essentially from the University of Fribourg and the high schools – to rent rooms in the city and the surroundings at a moderate rate. Apartis is recognized as a foundation following a public utility goal and benefits from a tax exemption.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

In the medium and long term, its objective is to create enough housing where the price, terms of location and design meet t the best the needs of students.<\/p>\n

Apartis ensures that the stability of rents, charges and administrative guarantees remain simple, effective and responsive to students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
