The effective fees minus the accounts you paid are calculated.<\/p>\n<p>The statement is based on the m3 on your charge. That means the m3 of your room and also your part of the common areas of the flat. It has to be paid before the inventory of state. If this deadline is not respected, you will not receive the key of the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>It is not possible to use it to pay the rents.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of your lease contract, an inventory of state of the premise will be organized. Then a statement will be sent to you by email to be signed.
