building\u2019s laundry room<\/p>\n<p>This system is used in all buildings, except Sonnenberg and Foyer des Jeunes.<\/p>\n<p>To have access to your building\u2019s washing machines and tumble driers, form\u00a0<\/a>and send it to Keycom SA.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive payment slips and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apartis.swiss\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Keycom_ModeEmploiUtilisateur_1.2d_E.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">user instructions<\/a>\u00a0with the key card.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as Keycom has received your payment of CHF 80.-, the laundry key card will be topped up and ready to use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The basic amount of CHF 80.- includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CHF 20.- registration fees<\/li>\n<li>CHF 30.- laundry guarantee deposit (refunded when the key is returned)<\/li>\n<li>CHF 30.- for the first washing\/drying costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>User instructions for the key card are displayed in the laundry room next to the Keycom terminal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><footer class=\"entry-footer\"><\/footer><\/article><div
