There you will get all information about the possibilities of lodging. Your registration will be transferred to Apartis. You will find information about our buildings on our website:\u00a0Rooms for exchange students<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Kind of accommodation at Apartis <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> The main apartments we rent are sharing apartments with 2 to 5 rooms. Each tenant receives an individual lease for his room. The tenant has to share the kitchen, bathroom and WC with his housemates. We have 104x 1-room flats and 8x 1.5-room flats for a total of 830 rooms.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Number of tenants per room <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Apartis\u2018 principle is \u201eone room \u2013 one tenant\u201c which means that in a 2-rooms flat there can live at max. 2 persons for example. A 3-rooms flat cannot be rented by 2 persons.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Smoker \u2013 non-smoker flats <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> The tenants have to decide if they want to smoke in their rooms (with the risk to pay the costs for a redecoration at the end of their stay). In the common rooms (kitchen, entry, bathroom) the non-smoker principle is valid if the tenant didn\u2019t agree on other rules.In the Sonnenberg smoking is forbidden.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Can I choose the language or sex of my roommates? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Apartis rents his rooms independent of criterias like culture, language, sex or religion. The composition of tenants in the flat is mainly by coincidence.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Are the rooms and apartments furnished? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> Some apartments reserved for exchange students are furnished as well as the rooms in the house Sonnenberg and Foyer des Jeunes. All other rooms of Apartis are rent without furniture<\/strong>. Each tenant is free to decorate his room to his taste. The living kitchens are equipped with stove, fridge and kitchen cupboards but not furnished. The tenants have to agree about the possible furniture. Kitchen utensils have to be brought by each tenant himself.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n Parking spaces <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> \n- Givisiez\u00a0Rte Mont-Carmel<\/a> : 37 parking spaces in the underground car park (rent: CHF 50.-\/month). There ist a waiting list. The parking on the property and in the district is forbidden.<\/li>\n
- Marly\u00a0Chemin des Epinettes<\/a> : 34 outside parking spaces (rent: 30.-\/month). There is a waiting list. The parking on the property and in the district is forbidden.<\/li>\n
- Varis in Fribourg\u00a0Varis<\/a> 5 and 9: 5 outside parking spaces (rent: 50.-\/month). There is a waiting list.<\/li>\n
- Midi in Fribourg\u00a0Av. du Midi<\/a> : 1 outside parking space. The parking around the property is forbidden.<\/li>\n
- Fribourg\u00a0Rue de l’Industrie 14<\/a> : no parking spaces. There are public parking spaces with a resident sticker in the district.<\/li>\n

In this way the rental period is at minimum 6 months.
