Availability of accommodation: if no properties appear, we are fully booked. We do not have a waiting list or notification/reminder system. The availability date cannot be changed.

Shared room: the total number of shared rooms in the flat corresponds to the number of rooms mentioned in the title of the advertisement. All our flats are mixed.

Studio: Entirely private for 1 person.

Only ‘furnished rooms’ (chambre meublée) are furnished.

Eligible for our accommodation: Bachelor’s & Master’s students. For apprentices, secondary school students and/or minors: please note that a Swiss guarantor is required.

Eligible under conditions: PhD students, assistants and part-time students and interns. For exchange and mobility students, furnished room only.

In order to maintain a good balance within the shared accommodation, applicants aged 30 and over are not given priority.
